Compassion is the feeling of love and care for others. One's passion for others is helping them succeed or improve their life. In my art work I have a book and two apples. The book represents a teacher and the big apple represents my mom. The little apple represents a student in the class. My mom goes to UW-Oshkosh and is a student teacher at an elementary school. Her teacher supervisory is the perfect illustration of showing compassion to others. As a teacher they are to teach and help students to be successful in education. However, the teacher my mom observes and works with helps the students in the class to the fullest. My mom says she is inspired by her supervisory teachers compassion for the students. With the true help and encouragement from the compassionate teacher, the students and my mom learned a lot.
