Compassion means helping someone when they are in need and it means someone will help anyone who needs help after a tragedy. My image represents compassion because the hand on top of the other means someone is comforting a person who has had a diasater happen to them and needs help. The hand on the bottom is exposed to be the person in a time of need. The materials I used were magazine pieces and glue to glue everything down. A technique I used using shading from dark to light.
